  • Encourage good behaviour, promote a culture of “not tolerate bullying and harassment” by setting up principles and standards across the Trust and tackling the issues in a timely manner. Acting strongly and proportionate on the issues raised by the staff in order to show commitment to the promotion of a healthy culture / work environment as well as showing interest and become more supportive for the staff.

  • Someone needs to be fair and listen. Senior teams stick together and bully staff out of jobs that they love. They lie and hide all that they do and are believed bec8they are the are the senior team.
