Registered Nurse in London
on 1 December 2023
A large NHS hospital with different sites. Lots of opportunities. There some areas that are short staff so you can feel the stress levels are high. It's a hit and miss with managers as mine was very helpful and approachable. Had a ton of experience in Kings which really improved me as a nurse.

Cliquey, bullied by colleagues. Unreasonable expectations during heatwave. Management don’t care when your struggling with workload. Upper management can be helpful in resolving issues. Great place if we weren’t under so much pressure.

Poor when it comes to resolution and solving root cause of the problems (e.g. infection control, broken communication with staff, etc.).Resources are being wasted.
