King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Employee Review
Good so far
Nursery Practitioner (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 6 September 2023
I haven’t observed anything yet, I’m just trying to know if I can go ahead and work with them. But so far so good they’ve kept clear communication with me are very friendly.

The team is very nice and the management is great. The only bad thing about working in the NHS is the pay, especially if you are bands 2-4. Also NHS not that good for progression as you will only get a pay rise after two years working in the same band.

An interesting experience
Receptionist (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 15 June 2023
Got a lot of experience and had to deal with various scenarios. No two days are the same. Can be very stressful as it’s healthcare and you have a large responsibility. Also have to manage patients frustrations but overall a good place

Productive and fun place to work
Health Care Assistant (Former Employee) - London - 10 May 2023
What is the best part of working at the company? King's is the best place I've worked with yet. They'll support you so much that you feel already a part of them in the matter of days or weeks of joining them. They have the buddy system, mentors, team leaders, proactive PDNs etc., who are always ready to support your goals. What is the most stressful part about working at the company? King's has everything needed to work with and more. They have a regularly scheduled online meeting during which employees get to talk to the CEO, which made me feel like working with a CEO whose door is always open for concerns to be addressed. And they walk the talk. What is the work environment and culture like at the company? Busy, friendly, respect to patients and colleagues, teamwork. What is a typical day like for you at the company? Working with colleagues who understand and perform safely to ensure the satisfaction of our patients.
