Very stressfull workplace exactly the same as monitor disrespectful teenager's,verbal abuse from.public and a lot of trouble from.the homeless sleeping in disabled toilets

Find somewhere else for work

Security Officer (Current Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne - 30 August 2023

The management doesn’t care and never responds to your calls, emails or messages. You are on your own at work and no support from the area manager or control. No double time on bank holidays. Approving statuary holidays is a nightmare. The only positive thing is you get paid on time. Avoid if you can!

Worst place I’ve ever worked

Poor management, treat staff like rubbish. Bosses are the top are more interested in making more money and expanding than getting the basics right. So called HR are a joke and speak to staff awful

Good environment but payment needs reviewing.

I have been working here for the past few years now and I must say that I am happy with my job. I was assigned to this location I am now due to my request and payment has never been late. Holidays have never been declined whenever I requested one but you must give 28 days period before it can be book and I think this is a bit too long should you need it urgently if things does come up unexpectedly. I am happy with my manager, he is very understanding and I like those at the offices too as someone is always there to talk to you should you need to and they are ready to listen to you.

No organisation, No roster system, you'll never be contacted by Management, trying to call the office and you are met with Rude, Obnoxious, arrogant people, Constant threat from the general public, No support from Police, PCSO etc etc

Horrendous company

By far the worst company ive ever worked for, pay is awful staff are very rude, no help at all very disrespectful staff, company is horrendous no sick pay, pay was never right and took ages to sort out, id never recommend anyone to work there, also the client was horrendous to work for through the company also

This is probably the worst cleaning job I have had work for no training pay all ways wrong they outsourced all your pay and conditions to another company so you don't actually work for kingdom sick pay none existed and didn't pay any one when lock down was inforced working in the pubs was great though just ashame about mangers dont treat staff at all just a number stay away unless desperate if pay is wrong you have to ring a premium no to my cost it came to just over £3.00

I spent a month there was promised a full time position and was only given a handful of shifts no communication what's so ever management is poor control mostly speak down to you when you call them

Would recommend going elsewhere, the control room staff don't have a clue what they are doing as you send them the rota for the month and you still have to phone them as they didn't update there rota for the site, management you bearly see them even if your lucky enough to see them they act like they don't have the time to do anything, the pay is a absolute joke but they are more than happy to keep adding more work but not increase the pay, don't even bother trying to book holidays as they will keep phoning to cover your own holidays.
