Toxic company, senior management are corrupt. Working for this company felt like I was asked to push a boulder up a mountain without being given a pair of shoes to do it. Then berated for not completing it. They also don't train their cooks in food safety or hygiene.

Exhausted staff, no systems

Staff over worked, no systems in place or company organisation. Team work does not exist and the company is full of false promises. The company does not respect normal working rights including sick days, holidays.

great team atmosphere bonus every two weeks like a family good place for learning - I cook lots of different foods here every day. The menus are very varied

Working at Kitopi has been such a great experience. The business is like a family and there is always so much exciting stuff happening. The opportunity for development is massive. Would highly recommend.

Never a dull day, nice people & interesting work. I only left because I was moving house, highly recommend for anyone looking for more than just you typical day job
