Time spent at the company is pleasant, cooperative and you quickly find your feet with the assistance and help of diligent co-workers. An all-round career company that I can't recommend highly enough.

Nice place to work, pay wasn't good
Office Manager (Former Employee) - united kingdom - 22 November 2023
Really nice environment to work in, team members friendly, management approachable. Inclusive, understanding. I left because I wasn't given a pay rise after a number of years working there, I was given an ever increasing workload, but no pay increase to match, after a while I naturally became demotivated and left.

As a university student, I had my intern at Knight Frank. I felt supported and the colleagues were really nice and friendly. I learnt a lot from this experience.

Known name but toxic company
Estate Coordinator (Former Employee) - Reading - 4 May 2023
Company has a good client base but management style is in favour of who they only Like and old school behaviour . Hierarchy exists and some Managers people skills very lacking. Expect a lot more than job description is, moves the goals post too often which makes people feel insecure in job role. Toxic environment & allowing intimidation and bullying to happen from managers to lower paid staff. You’re just a number, not a person!
Pros
Company Name on cv
Cons
Expect more than job description, Toxic environment

Well known brand..that's it
IT Specialist (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 20 April 2023
Really low salaries into every dept. Of course sales and finance work with bonuses. Full of nepotism. You'll keep hearing that his/her son/daughter/cousin/sister/ brother... And worst there always someone in the upper management who takes credit from your own work.

Not a bad place, but could be better
Senior Property Manager (Current Employee) - London - 14 April 2023
Good easy going working environment, undertanding and easy going management who treat you like adults and give freedom to do your tasks without micromanaging every step. Slow cereer progression that depend not on your achievements, but on the amount of time spent in the company. Minimal pay rise at propmotion with lack of opportunities to negotiate or get more comission.
Pros
Chilled work environment
Cons
Salary progression is way slower than inflation

Great company to work for
Associate (Current Employee) - Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire - 21 February 2023
You have the freedom to conduct own income stream and pipleine, bonus structure isn't clear but role is well paid comparing to other estate agencies in the region.

No work life balance and no flexibility.
Manager (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 28 May 2022
There is no work life balance, company is not flexible, benefits are really bad. Don't really have anything positive to say. Company is many years behind its peers. They just like to tick boxes.

Good to have on your CV
Lettings Administrator (Former Employee) - Head office - 25 April 2022
Not progressive enough. Could do better with internal promotion and paying you the right salary for what you do. Can sometimes be a toxic environment but completely dependent on the department you're in

Avoid
Former Employee (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 31 January 2022
There is nothing positive to say about this company: toxic environment, zero career progression, arrogant management and no work/life balance. They simply don't care about you
Pros
None
Cons
All of the above

Not a very pleasant office to work in
Credit Controller (Temporary) (Former Employee) - Newcastle upon Tyne, Tyne and Wear - 7 August 2021
The office was like a big warehouse with desks arranged in lines. There was absolutely no atmosphere or privacy unless you went to the toilet. If you got up to use the photocopier/scanner you felt everyone was looking at you. It felt like being back at school in the classroom! It would have been a much better place if the desks were organised better with screens etc.
Pros
Staff were friendly enough
Cons
Office set up and work very repetitive

Hard work but rewarding

Bonus
Cons
Can be demanding

Poor Job Security
Operations oversight⁸ (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 13 October 2020
If you work hard, it is no guarantee that your job role is safe in Knight Frank. Like most big firms, Knight Frank say they hire the best management. But often they are those who are 'here today and gone tomorrow' (sadly not fast enough). They are the new broom and often get rid of experienced staff, after which they soon leave to spend more time with their bonus, leaving the firm in a worst mess.
Pros
West End location
Cons
Lowest pay they can get away with. Job security so poor that most staff in HR, Marketing and Operations dont last 2 years.

I had a great time developing my career at Knight Frank in Leasehold Reform and Valuation Departments
Partner, Leasehold Reform & Litigation Department / Residential Valuations (Former Employee) - Baker Street - 23 July 2020
Knight Frank was a fantastic place to work. It was very competitive with very targets, but the rewards were always there.
I left after 15 years as I wanted a change and no longer wanted to work that was specialised / departmentalised.
Pros
Fabulous brand, with huge investment in marketing and research.
Cons
Each area of valuation was departmentalised which meant each position can be quite narrow.

Built great relationships but some managers have no skills
Technician (Former Employee) - Baker Street - 27 June 2020
Really like some of the people I have worked with but technical work is not very much appreciated by senior management, sometimes appearance counts more.

Awful company
IT Support (Current Employee) - London, Greater London - 21 June 2020
workers and managers act fake, as if they are suporting you, but instead they stab you in the back.
Managers are liars, and dont do there job right

Nice
Interim HR Business Partner (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 29 May 2020
Good place to work and good people. A typical day was unpredictable, quite full on but i don't like a boring role. Management listen and take onboard feedback.

Would not recommend
Partner (Former Employee) - Baker Street - 30 April 2020
The environment is not conducive with work/life balance, there is a blame culture from top to bottom
The archaic policies prevent natural talent advancement

Productive and Fun
Management Accountant (Former Employee) - Baker Street - 18 February 2020
I worked there for 10 years. it was my first job and allowed me to grow in the company and learn new things. I was grateful for the opportunity but needed to move on.
