If you want to develope go else where.

No employee development plans. Low wages. Upper management bully or ignore staff they don't care for. Work loads vary depending on what department you work. Favouritism to certain drivers for best jobs. Office staff back stab. No loyalty.

Good

I have worked at Knowles for 7 years and personally I have been happy , all company’s have good days and bad days but it’s what you put into your job , busy times put your head down and get on with the job and when it’s quite find ways to improve the job, I have had training and I have been promoted twice. Knowles have staff that have worked for the company for 30 years + I think that says a lot.

Lack of organisation and communication makes Knowles a bad place to work. Pity really, could be an enjoyable job.Lot better places out there that pay a lot better
