Work-life balance

Warehouse and Logistics Manager in Worcester, Worcestershire

Forward thinking company
A very good forward thinking company that value their workforce and treat them like humans. Very fast paced and critical thinking required, but very good for generating new skill sets.

Great place to work and develop
First class company with multicultural outlooks. Great Training, Great support, and you feel part of a very well looked after very professional team. Truly can not fault, demanding yes, rewarding yes, interesting yes ethical yes, great management and great people.
Assembler in Birtley, Tyne and Wear

Corrupt and discriminating
Discriminate against mental health. Just a number. Will sack you for not brown nosing. Management are a joke and selfish and won't collaborate. Staff will backstab and trip you up to get a contract (if you can get one) as some lads have been there 12 years without one but someone who knows a desk jockey can get one straight away. Pretend to be the lords and saviours of the North East just like Nissan, the Japanese work culture doesn't work with the UK workforce. We work to live unlike those poor souls!
Assembly Worker in Birtley

Easy work , no progression opportunitys , lack of permanent contracts
The work to be carried out is simple however this is reflected in the poor salary, there is also slim to no chance of being given a permanent contract and there is no room to progress within the company

Productive and fun
Good and fun, work is demanding at times. Friendly superiors and the company take health, safety and training very seriously. Work either on shifts, where a premium is paid, or day work.
