I really enjoy my job I can’t vouch for the other store only mine but management here is amazing. Really fair with the staff. The staff here are also amazing everyone gets along and helps each other. The only downside is miserable customers who love to complain about anything and everything as this can bring the moral down.
Pros
Free coffee and doughnuts
Cons
Rude customers

Management is so poor, they call you names, tell you that your useless. The want you to work over 48 hours per week with 2 days off etc. Sometimes I can't even have a break because there is no one to cover
Pros
Free doughnuts

Long hours, bad management, understaffed

I only worked there for 2 weeks as I couldn't take it.I was barely helped on the first day and then after that there was no help at all I was expected to know everything and treated like I was stupid because I didn't know what to do. Managers and supervisors were no help at all. Would not recommend this place at all

Don’t appreciate staff who have been there for a long time. People are expendable. There is a need to fight to show your worth and be take seriously for promotions. Drop experienced “valued” staff in the first glimpse of a pandemic.Keep the newer people they get to pay less and promise less.
Pros
Free food
Cons
Low pay, meh company. Lot of suits who don’t care and don’t know what they’re doing.

The driver team was run by a new supervisor when I started. They turned out to be on a total power trip with no man management skills at all. The rota was sent out on a Sunday but was always changed by the Monday. Doing over 12hr shifts because the supervisor makes everyone wait until they tell you to go(power trip).0230 start in the morning with no organisation is not great.
Pros
None
Cons
Very long hours that could be avoided if managed correctly.

Worked on production for a number of months They expect alot , and pay a pittance Way to many managers and shift leaders From personal experience , production was under-staffed and most of the time chaotic Couldn't even squeeze a break in , the shifts are crazy ( basically you have no life ) For £8.74 it's never worth it - 3 months of working at Krispy kreme and you'll need sectioning Don't do it to yourselves - much better paid and less stressful jobs out there
Pros
Free tea & coffee, plus over-rated doughnuts
Cons
No breaks, No life, bottom dollar pay, rubbish management, list could go on & on

Started here and was given not much training. Other staff members using headsets to insult each other and talk behind your back. Most of the staff that worked there full time had no life so would often lunge at each other throats if a single mistake was made. Some people were okay however the managers favorites often got away with doing no work, being on their phones and sitting about in the office and criticizing other people for doing the exact same thing.Often felt I was being used as a tool but other than that it was a good place to start off I guess.
Pros
Free doughnuts, nice discount, some people were okay
Cons
Not good pay, favouritism, cheeky staff, gossip oriented environment

Paid for 45 hours but work about 60+. Senior management are a joke and no clue what they are doing. Krispy Kreme treat people very poorly witch is reflected in high turn around of staff and extremely low morale. Unfit vehicles on road laws ignored. Revolving doors with drivers due to poor management. I would not recommend working here unless very very desperate. Working here was once very enjoyable but not anymore with the soul destroying management style. Doughnuts are often handled worryingly and you'll never eat Krispy Kreme again after working here. Avoid at all costs
Pros
Some great colleagues
Cons
Long hours- very low pay - worst management ever- dirty conditions

Company does not treat you with respect the manager in the depot puts more more work on you for the same amount of money they expect you to do your run and come back and do some more drops even if you told him you’re out of time they will put you in a 3.5 ton management will tell you one thing and then deny they told you so responsibility Relies on you I worked there for nine months and I am glad that I I’m out of there

Unforgettable experience in the worst sence possible. Highly Racist and opportunistic management, hopeless Health and Safety Standards, No breaks (even if they are unpaid) as no cover will be available 95% of the time and zero incentives. Don't be fooled, after 1 year of toughing it out I had to leave. Starts to make you question life, and truly reflect deeply. Only consider if you have completely no choice. You've been warned.
Pros
Free Doughnuts
Cons
Everything Else. Literally.

Had my induction on a Friday, started the following Monday, was put on the windsor route, 14 drops, impossibly mapped out, you cannot do it in your hours, (already did 6 hrs o/t which they do not pay by day 3) no training due to social distancing, supervisor is a very nice bloke which is the one positive. 3am to whenever you finish, I personally wouldn't recommended unless you have no social or family life, good luck YOU Needs it!
Pros
Free doughnuts
Cons
No overtime paid whatsoever
