Manager in Glasgow City, Glasgow
on 20 June 2022
Engaging and Values focused
I have recently started with the company, the interview process was quite lengthy due to the role I am employed for. I have felt so welcome since starting, my line manager is engaging and supportive. They have fantastic opportunities for development for those who really want it. I enjoy the role immensely there is a real sense of teamwork and working towards the goals of the company. The hardest part is working across multiple sites and really being able to be fully present but with technology this is working well so far
