Work-life balance

Technician in Southampton, Hampshire
on 7 April 2021
Stressful and demanding company
Will work you hard don’t expect a family work life balance that doesn’t exist with this company they make promises and don’t deliver all there interested in is sales and up selling on every job
Assistant Manager (Full Time) in Newmarket
on 9 April 2021
Always under pressure, lack of staff, low wages, company always wanting more, when you have already hit targets, always expecting more, if ya face fits.
Manager in Northamptonshire
on 7 April 2021
Demanding and pressure selling
Constantly encouraged to pressure sell and get pushed out when refusing, forced to attend weekly meetings over 100 miles away from your centre to be there for an hour
Assistant Manager (Full Time) in North Yorkshire
on 31 March 2021
Overworked and under appreciated
On the surface of it, seems a great place to work. As a supervisor you're expected to be on site at 8am for a con-call but they refuse to pay you until 8.30, If like me, you worked minimum 6 days on, that's a few hours a week youre not being paid for. Manager was constantly "sick" and when in, only seemed to get involved when it benefited him. Manager always had "mates" coming in for jobs, taking up ranp time and our time for him to be paid cash by said mates.
Vehicle Technician in Congleton, Cheshire

Nice on the outside, terrible on the inside
I have years experience in the motor trade doing all sorts of work on all sorts of vehicles. But when you join it means literally nothing. I had to spend hours apon hours completing computer work to prove myself and was sent all over to carry out training on things ive done for years because it's not the "Kwik-fit way". The pay is only just above minimum as a service tech, the hours are long and the fact it's a 9.5 hour day with little to no rest is the same as working less hours with a shorter break. If you have any decent experience or knowledge, just find somewhere else to work and get your money's worth.
