Answered 6 December 2018It is generally a 2 stage process. A short 15-20 minute phone interview will be carried out and then a face to face interview. To prepare for the interview we would recommend researching Kwik Fit as a business and the role you have applied for. These questions include further personal information such as reference details, uniform sizes, certificates and supporting documents to name a few. Only after you have accepted your full offer of employment would we contact your nominated referees.
