  • Dishonesty and poor treatment of staff

    Advisors who are on a power trip and think its ok to belittle you because you arnt getting it as kwik lol

  • Ripping off customers every day to meet daily targets which are unachievable. They don't care for you and accused me of gross misconduct on Christmas Eve without an investigation or any conversation. When I showed them my proof they tried to weasel their way out of it. Turns out it was the manager that was guilty.

  • A new challenge

  • Constant breach of contract on the companies part.
    Not getting adequate breaks even though meal breaks are not paid.

    Minimum weekly hours 50 when contracted 39, so not only do they get the 5 hours per week out of you for breaks they get 11 hours per week. That’s 16 hours per week per employee they are taking slave labour from.

    Bonus scheme is poor and very rare you get anything as you pay for the centre out of it.
