Today is International Men’s Day and L’OCCITANE Group is proud to offer a generous global Parental Leave policy, that will be implemented for all our employees by April 2022. At full implementation our parental leave policy will offer primary caregivers a minimum of 20 weeks’ fully paid leave, and secondary caregivers a minimum of 12 weeks’ leave to bond with their new child.Because there is #OnlyOneFirstTime #ParentalLeave #LOccitaneGroup

L’OCCITANE has launched an enhanced global parental leave policy promoting equal opportunities for all employees. The new policy gives individuals on maternity leave a minimum of 20 weeks’ fully paid leave and those on paternity leave a minimum of 12 weeks’ fully paid leave, to bond with their new child. This will apply to L’OCCITANE employees worldwide whether the child is welcomed by birth, adoption or surrogacy. An amazing initiative that truly puts our people at the heart of all we do!
