Good place to work

Full training provided. Bags with the cosmetics. Supportive leaders. Staff shop after longer service. Parking on the site. Canteen with good food service.

Only Favourite by Management people getting more training.You should be as licker to get it.You are driving very old LLOP and they expecting from you pick rate more than 95%You are heavy lifting boxes with shampoons and others.Your back killing u.Management without experience and strong background thinking about their self that they are the best.No one appreciate ur work,even if u r working 60 hrs a week and have over 100% pick rateNo chance for contract.People working from agency even 10 yes without conrtact!!!U can get it ,if they like u.Shock!

You get a fantastic variety of experience in L'Oreal. You can work with lots of different brands which operate in different environments e.g. luxury Department Stores, supermarkets, hair salons. All the brands are really interesting and have their own identity. Customers have a real emotional connection with them which marketing drives. You also gets lots of responsibility and the chance to have a real impact. It's a young company and it feels like anyone can make a contribution to the business, it doesn't just depend on age or superiority. The most important thing though is the people. It's great to work around so many inspiring individuals with drive and ambition.

Horrible place to work

I worked in the warehouse in trafford park Management were horrible Staff spoke in there own language You get 3 days training then your left to defend for yourself if experienced members of staff see you struggling they will just watch an laugh and gossip in the own launguage Not a nice place

I work always on pm shift i really do like people over there atmosphere at work is very nice i learned there few new skills aswel i learn health and safety standards as we using there only electric trucks and that rules are on a first place i dont remember any hard part of my job becouse im not scared work under presure i do like helping others
