I learnt a lot during my time with the company. No room for progression. Not very helpful when needing to, no support. A great job none the less. Great team. Too little hours

Good team

Cons

No help or room when wanting to progress

Great Environment to work

Typical day at work very busy always engaged in customer service. I learned new customer service skills, doing professional make-up and some managerial skills. Management was good. The hardest part of the job was getting up at 2.30 am to get to work. The most enjoyable part of the job was working with people both customers and colleagues.

Pros

Amazing Trainings

Cons

Early starts (4am)

Good Products

Amazing products, was very passionate about them when i worked for the company. The management wasn't the best, they didn't push me to my full potential and had lack of motivation.

fun workplace, sales, make up

I have targets that i need to achieve monthly whilst also doing makeovers on customers so my make up skills expand. I also some months need to come up with event plans and its my responsibility on what i want to achieve out of it and how to do it. I have learned a lot in the past 2 years on how to sell, my make up artistry skills and also how to build up a customer base in store and on social websites. I love working in a team the people keep you motivated to keep selling and seeing how others sell. The hardest part of my job would be trying to hit target when there is no footfall in store. The most enjoyable part would be socializing with customers and making them happy by doing their make up.

Pros

discount in store, free makeup

Cons

on your feet all day, staying positive all the time
