Decent

Decent job if you like you’re sport, pay is minimum wage, lovely people to work with, only bad thing that really lets it down is the horrible customers but that is to be expected

Can meet some great people to work with but hours can be long and very unsociable.It can suit with flexi working if that's what someone is looking for.Pay doesn't always reflect nature of the risks taken to work I'm such role

Very boring place to work lots of training though which is good constantly learning new things, on your own alot of your shifts can double man at night if requested

Avoid

You have to clean one shop then you move on to the next shop immediately. You only have one hour to clean the shop which I constantly went over my time. Other staff like to gossips and play on they phones. Was not given a uniform as cleaner don't get uniforms. They had no appreciation for the work I put in. It's poor pay and poor unfriendly management. Would not recommend applying for job as a cleaner at ladbrokes.

ladbrokes awful company to work for

ladbrokes awful company to work for bad pay, rubbish faciltites, not even a good chair to sit on, that breaks health and safety for workers, but they dont care,terrible shifts, terrible management, dont work for this company !!!
