Bring back flexi time, not 'flexible working hours' - Give employees more choice on how many hours they would like to work, and when they'd like to work. Scrap 'core' hours and also the typical working pattern of 9-5, Monday to Friday. This is very outdated.Allow employees to have a voice and be heard, instead of anonymous surveys, which are pointless.
