Very segregated, alot of superior management on different floors in country Hall. Makes you feel as a lower payed worker under valued there no equality, management clearly have better working environment and privileges.
The pace of work is dependant upon the role
Fairly pressurised due to frequent restructures which always reduced the number of staff, also worked to daily payment deadlines.
