  • Bring back flexi time, not 'flexible working hours' - Give employees more choice on how many hours they would like to work, and when they'd like to work. Scrap 'core' hours and also the typical working pattern of 9-5, Monday to Friday. This is very outdated.

Allow employees to have a voice and be heard, instead of anonymous surveys, which are pointless.

  • Ensure Zero Tollerance to Bullying by Managers and Higher - have independant investigations into Bullying/Harassment allegations.
Pay workers fairly depending on their Job skill and not decriminate against certain staff undertaking the same Job Role for underlying reasons.

If workers are going to lose their Job for whatever reason, this decision should be investigated thoroughly with an independant and unbias veiw.

Help jobseekers learn about the company by being objective and to the point.
