What is the interview process like at Lancashire County Council?

  • They keep you waiting for over 30 minutes, with no explanation. When asked no specific reason was given, which gives you a good idea of management. Box ticking exercise, and using the interview as an idea generation for the candidate who has already been earmarked for the role. Unprofessional behaviour, as you could hear the interview panel discussing the previous candidate, where you were waiting, is greatly unprofessional. Overall disappointed in the fairness of the standard of the interview.
