Strengths based questions which I hate that style of interviewing scenario based questions and role play tell far more about someone’s capabilities than making sure you say power words
They ask for your ideas and problem-solving so they can use them for their own
The interview was very in depth and thought it was a good process but all went down hill when I started . Long days sometimes left short staffed at night left doing 24 hour shifts including wake and watches after a full day 8-10 night shift 10-8am draining
