The interview was very in depth and thought it was a good process but all went down hill when I started . Long days sometimes left short staffed at night left doing 24 hour shifts including wake and watches after a full day 8-10 night shift 10-8am draining

They ask all about your previous working experience, see how you react to pressure questions. Followed up by a sample lesson with children to see how one copes with this quite stressful occupation.
