Period of Change
It's an uneasy period as they adjust from their civic background to a more commercial business model. They have a very diverse mixture of roles and opportunities as an employer

Middle Management Biggest Problem
Too many middle managers all trying to do things their way. Not enough staff hours to do the jobs required as too much of the budget taken by padding out middle management positions. Constantly changing the job role and responsibilities allows additional jobs but never gave us more hours to do the work.

Particular job required my skills
Was there to fix a particular issue so was only around for about 3 weeks. Lovely people, good working environment. Always felt welcome and people only too happy to help someone new in town. The food was amazing also.
