Be understanding of the work force not everything is possible of every engineer everybody has different skill sets and more training is req to some engineers as when they start they start with poor or inadequate trained van packers and then it’s a knock on effect but this always falls on deaf ears

Be more fair with opportunities and progression with all the colleagues. Reward people for the hard work that they do. Rather than taking them for granted.
