Interesting and nice place to work / low rates

Difficult customers, no pay increase
I work as an interpreter (causal) and many times it can be very stressful to deal with customers. I interpret for the company. I do not deal with management per se, except for exchange of e-mails. I joined the organisation in 2018 and since then, there has been no increase in pay. Initially, I used to get calls from USA, enabled me to work during evenings, but that stopped. No calls, No pay! ...

Not well paid
There’s lots of work, but mostly bit far from the area you are working. Plus, you get a job of 3 hours and sometimes you only work 30mns and get paid for an hour, disrupting all your budget planning for the month. Another negative plus is that they close your hours every 25th of each mont and you only get paid by the end of the next month, so it’s almost one and a half month to get paid for uncert...
Complaints Handler in Canary Wharf, Greater London
on 21 April 2023
Culture needs a revamp
They need to get managers who are about Innovation and integrity. Not managers who care more about their title than actually supporting their team. HR and other seniors managers from other departments are great but overall it was not for me. The culture need revamping it's not about just hiring POC to look diverse. The manager I had needs to practice treating people fairly.
