Yes increase pay
- paid travel depending on the distance from home -> it would encourage people to do more jobs that are inconveniently far.
- it would be fantastic to be able to "save" or search for previous clients (eg. patient numbers) in our private database -> Patients often complain about having different people interpreting for them, so in my opinion, it would be a nicer experience for the patient if the same interpreter could be there throughout the patient's whole treatment.
