A modern, progressive environment
brilliant, friendly environment, great people! Work was a collaborative effort under effective and supportive leadership. the team really pulled together and although the last few months have been a challenge, we saw it through by putting our heads together, planning well and going the extra mile to help eachother out.

Work Life
The work environment at LBR makes the frustrations worth grinning through. The people make the place, and the people at LBR are great; however it is not always clear that the seniority recognise this. It can be communicated a million times, but until the 'value' translates to increased salary packages, the organisation will continue to struggle to retain its top talent. This is a key objective for the business though, so I am hopeful of positive change in the future.

Great place to start as a Graduate
This is a great business to start you career in as a graduate. The people are friendly and welcoming. The work is demanding but you learn a lot and there is progress if you seek for it.

Good work culture but long hours
Learned many different aspects of the role and the company. The hours however can we difficult. Standard 9-5.30 hours (flexible from 8-6.30) but you need to be available to do overtime when attending events and also when going abroad.

Average
Good for a first job - lots of responsibility early on but hard work. Work-life balance depends per job - some have more balance than others. Salary benefits - Could improve.
