Staff Engagement

Staff engagement is important to us and we have an open culture.
With an open culture between our senior management team and employees, staff feel comfortable raising feedback directly with our senior management. We also hold a CEO question forum on a monthly basis. We gather input regularly through employee engagement surveys and make sure we take actions off the back of them. We communicate regularly with our employees through our internal channels making sure everyone stays up to date
