90% are happy with leaders romans group as a place to work. We are always keen to gather feedback from staff and of course an HR advisor would be very happy to discuss any staff worries or concerns.
Firstly transfer the manager alongside her game playing manipulative employers and force them to under go 3 hard years of life skills and health care course on how you are supposed to treat and work with people and members of the public
