Good place to work
Lettings Consultant (Current Employee) - Southsea - 3 October 2023
Long hours, the pay isn’t the best. But very inclusive team, they like to promote within. Regular 1 to 1 meetings with your line manager. Quarterly incentives.

Poor pay, lack of recognition
Property Manager (Former Employee) - Derby, Derbyshire - 23 August 2023
They are ok so long as you're happy to work long hours on a poor wage. Management is generally poor and they clearly have favourites. Maternity discrimination, job title and responsibilities will probably be stripped in the run up to you going on maternity leave. Petty management who will make you move desks because they are jealous and don't like people to have friends.

Over worked and underpaid
Credit Controller (Former Employee) - Worthing - 6 June 2023
Huge turnover of staff. All the things I was told was good about working for the company were embellishments. No room to progress up the ladder. Training was abysmal if you're lucky enough to get any.
Pros
Remote hybrid
Cons
Too much work and understaffed

Unachievable targets, lack of recognition
Negotiator (Former Employee) - Derby, Derbyshire - 22 May 2023
Wouldn’t recommend this company. You will get told you will earn a certain amount but the reality is that you will not get paid that as they don’t hit the high targets

Awful
Move Manager (Former Employee) - Derby, Derbyshire - 22 March 2023
Drama, nepotism, cliques and awful pay. If you fit the managers ideal then great if you don’t nothing you do is good enough. Awful pay given that you have to sign your name to execute legal docs

Poor
Sales Manager (Former Employee) - London, Greater London - 14 March 2023
I initially enjoyed my time at this company, however things did change when the middle management change. For one reason or another it was no longer a good fit, when your salary is less than another, and when questioned as to why no answer given or a resolve offered

The worst place I have ever worked - nearly had a breakdown
Property Manager (Former Employee) - Headington, Oxfordshire - 5 February 2023
Working for Leaders made me ill. There was no management support, my boss (it turned out) was a criminal, the back office systems were archaic (slow, not fit for purpose) and made an already difficult job absolutely miserable. It was understaffed - to a level that I have never seen in 25 years of working - so that Leaders senior management could maintain their fat profit - and the people that suffered were the customers and the staff. I quit before I had a breakdown.
Pros
Commission, great colleagues
Cons
Hideous, unhumane workload

You will have to travel to Bath and Bristol
Property Inspector (Former Employee) - Cardiff, Bath and Bristol - 4 February 2023
Travel to Bath and Bristol twice a week. No travel time paid, you will pay for parking the car and walk for minim 10 minutes to reach the property. You will submit the report at the end of the day even after work finish.
Pros
Staff discount
Cons
Stress, rude area manger in Bath and Bristol, traveling on the M4 to Bath and Bristol and facing Dogs, cats and dirty houses.

Long hours low salary
Trainee Lettings Negotiator (Former Employee) - West London, Greater London - 26 January 2023
Stressful environment I was a trainee and was expected to learn everything within a month when asking questions I was always getting rude attitude from the manager and my college. I ended up working 6 days a week to cover a lot of Saturdays for my colleagues and the pay was really low. As I was a trainee I was doing all the call outs while the rest of the staff were gossiping all day. I left after two months as I could not deal with the stress any more and I have worked in many different industries. Work load would have been okay however when one person is doing the job for everyone it can become exhausting. I have raised those issues with HR however I never got a response with the outcome. Wish I looked into the reviews more before joining but I guess it’s always an experience.
Pros
None
Cons
Unpaid break, 9 hour shifts, poor work-life balance

Mixed feelings
Project Manager (Current Employee) - Woking, Surrey - 4 December 2022
Can't fault the support from management but the pressure and expectations put on you are incredible and sometimes hard to manage, I think for the money they expect to much from their employees

Stressful environment
Property Inspector (Former Employee) - Southend-on-Sea - 19 November 2022
The office environment was very stressful, as the property manager's were under too much pressure, with little or no support. The wages and mileage rate were very poor and not financially viable. We also had to buy our own milk and decaf coffee. The company is very top heavy with Management, but the manager's are not on site.
Pros
Some lovely colleagues
Cons
Low wages
