Best Company Ever

Fabulous, forward thinking company always willing to invest in the latest technology and equipment to help us do our jobs. A great culture too, with regular team outings and social vibe. You are given autonomy to do your job and deliver results without the need for micro management, but support is readily on hand when needed. Rewards and package are best I have seen in industry. Great office with a pool table, darts board, relaxation area and a bar. Extra cleaning and safety measures were put in during covid to keep us save when we can go to the office.No pressure to work in the office if you don't want to or feel vulnerable, working from home has been made very easy during lockdown with extra tech and equipment provided as needed to be comfortable and productive at home. We are treated like adults to do what we need to do and get on with it without being monitored. Working from home was always an option in the company but with everyone now needing to work at home more often they have done very well to keep us all feeling connected.
