How has Leaders in Care Recruitment responded to the COVID-19 outbreak?

  • Excellently. I have remained working throughout from home with lots of support and regular catch ups. Anything i want to take home from the office to be comfortable at home has been given to me. Even when we are allowed in the office numbers are limited to allow lots of space, extra cleaning had been arranged every night and we can book a desk using an online spreadsheet if we want to go in, but no pressure to if you would rather remain at home. Some people want to go into the office, whist others have remained at home by choice since the start of the first lockdown.

  • Good processes in place within the office and well communicated from directors.
