Rate of pay is very good, if they pay you correctly, there is always mistakes on payroll atleast 8 times a year. Culture is awful, lear has major issues and relies heavily on blame culture, it's a bit cult like.
The pay is very good
The company will never admit it is wrong
Horrible management, full with rassists, always makes mistakes with salary, even months after you leave they harast people and ask them to send the salary back to them and scared them with the court

I worked under the agency for 3 years without them once offering me a full time contract even though there were young attractive women entering the workplace and receiving full time contacts after a matter on months. I was layed off in the end. Thanks for that Staffline and Lear Corporation.
Young attractive women
They steal your job
I thoroughly enjoyed my experience at Lear. I had a great team and would love to go back one day. The very senior management team were supportive and approachable. Like any workplace, there are some that are not so great but in general I would go back in a heartbeat. I had to leave due to the downturn from JLR but will keep an eye on developments and would return.
Busy manufacturing, loads stock coming in and out every shift, unloading put away, I learned many things there, just no one seen or care about normal worker only friends can be promoted so no point hard work there because nobody will look on that. Only friends they can change position. Too much time wasted
Started well and got training on PPT and tugger train. Pay was ok but got shifted about alot and was expected to know all the parts to get. Asian lads were sound, most of em. Got let go as part of headcount reduction just before lockdown. Thanks for that. What else can i say. They’re just car seats. Made out to be like its for the messiah. Nope. Just car seats people. Not the worst place ive worked i guess
They dont care at all about you they only care about the amount of seats that get built. Lear management looks for any way they can the make your working life as miserable as possible.
Pay is okay
Managers, forced to do overtime, bullying by managers, not cared about, dont listen to anyone
Really enjoyed working for the company, the only problem is that it is all through pinpoint training which is not a good agency to work under, Fast paced work with alot of chance for overtime if that is for you, Its hard to start of as you need to learn a station before you're able to do it on your own but you'll have a colleague helping you until then and then the more stations you learn the better of you are.
At first I liked it, but with time the time decreased from 1 minute to 40 seconds on each station, I learned how to work quickly as a Robot against time, team leade maximum stress, big demands in a short time, but I liked it one thing is teamwork.
I was there three years on nights I was line feeder for over 500 parts, my time there a good with the line and warehouse staff but the management aren’t good at all promised me a contract but never received one after three years of hard hard work! Wouldn’t recommend working here
Less wage and the job stress increase by the month. Worker should be compensated more and appreciated for their good job. More opportunities should be given to learn new skill and to perfect my life to ththem
