Stressful
A toxic atmosphere and a management team that didn't understand staff needs or individual problems. Originally, the venture was set up with disabled people in mind, because the first boss was willing to give people who have disabilities a chance to fit in. I was there for 24 years from when it was launched in 1996.

Teaching assistant role
It's impossible to live on the wages for a job that is so valuable in schools. The expectations put on TA's is ridiculous and it's a shame because the kids rely on them.
