It's not what you know, it's who you know

I'd never work for this Trust ever again. HR are not interested in any conflicts between staff and try to cover things up. Investigations are not thorough and will always submit to the ethnic minority. Management is bad as they are treading on eggshells and never make a simple concrete decision without having a pointless meeting first. There is a lot of dead wood in there.
