Most roles have a two stage interview process with either one or two people attending. During covid this has mostly been virtually to keep everyone safe. Our production roles tend to be a three stage process including a mutiple choice online question form.

yes you can, if you are competent for the job.

No work for staff due to parts shortages, incorrect drawings. So you could be stood around for days on end with nothing too do.
