Most roles have a two stage interview process with either one or two people attending. During covid this has mostly been virtually to keep everyone safe. Our production roles tend to be a three stage process including a mutiple choice online question form.
Interview is ok but they feed you lots of lies telling you'll be trained up and moved up the pay ladder after 6 months probation when I've spoken to staff that have been overdue their pay rises by months and still show no sign of getting it
Like speed dating apart from there filling the place with agency an lies
This is a great process and they always give feedback
