Interpersonal skills leave a lot to be desired when speaking with management.Most folk are ok and most part are a good bunch. If your a yellow hat everything seems to be blamed on you.I was let go after my 6 month probation and frankly if certain individuals didn't maybe single people and and kinda put em down so much they may be respected a little more.Good luck to whoever works here.
