Management at this place are awful. They brush bullying and harassment under the carpet and punish you for reporting bad behaviour. You get followed to the toilet when taking a break of over 5 minutes.

L&G are extremely customer focussed and drive a cultural belief through setting expectations and managing staff performance equally between balancing staff behaviours as well as personal and business objectives.
Pros
Customer focus and brand values
Cons
1, Little work life balance at senior management level 2, No flexible working in roles above middle management 3, Lack of support for qualifications past basic level

Managers are annoying and they give yh a tonne of work to do without any help. The only good thing is incentives with pay. They are always under pressure and many many complaints from customers

If you want your mental health to stay intact don't work here. Seen in the space of 6 months people deteriorate mentally. Sad. They couldn't care less either.
