We are paid only for 8 hours, but our work hours are from 7:45am to 5:30pm. There is no proper clock-in/clock-out system.

Nowdays 5 to 18:00 unpaid 45 min break. Sometimes mandatory 20in overtime after 5pm and it wont be paid.
