The company is an e commerce footwear retailer. The culture is relaxed and respectful and treat the employees fairly. You get to have 2 days off per week and also 28 days holiday per year. The management of this company is extremely autocratic and unresponsive to employee concerns. They don't take any initiative to make changes.toxic place I cannot recommend this company to others due to the unprofessional management. I have had several issues with the management team and have found them to be unresponsive and unprofessional. I would not recommend this company to others.
