My colleagues were wonderful and helpful.
Hard work and very complex cases caused stress. Lack of clarity was difficult. Management stretched so wide that made it difficult to get answers quickly.Administrative Officer in Glenfield, Leicestershire

Stay away, the whole place is in shambles!
It's a horrendous place to work, that will damage your mental health in ways never imagined! Training is less than mediocre, they promise you all those fancy courses and apprenticeships, but if your contract is not permanent you will never get to do them. HR are a special kind of incompetents, who are keen on using an old and outdated system which messes up payments and "forgets" every year to add the annual leave employees are entitled to 0 communication about their mistakes and very rarely issues are sorted out. Managers are nice and supportive, but that's about it Stay away from this place if you want to be paid or get as n annual leave.Reablement team leader in Market Harborough, Leicestershire

Lovely job
Although I was on a temporary contract, my coworkers made me feel like part of the team and were lovely. Work could be a bit slow at times but it allowed for other work and training to be done. It's the one job I genuinely miss and wish I could go back to.School Crossing Patrol Officer in lei
