Great organisation
Good place to work , supportive environment, internal training and development is well organised to ensure you have the right up to date skills for the job . Flexible working within the constraints of meeting needs of the service . Clients seem happy and settled with the majority of staff being professional, warm and friendly

bad place to work
this isnt a nice home to work in, the residents dont get the full care that they need, the manager doesnt support you., some residents get left because some staff cant be bothered to sort the resident out.

There is better out there
My experience with this company was horrendous. Team leaders have no leader ship training and poor managers who don't care about you. This Company enables you like it does with their residences. Poor hygiene, stressful environment and team leaders and managers are biggest bullies except one. Team leaders think they you are beneath them and have no experience in management and they double standard. In all I had my worst experience there. I couldn't believe how much better it was out there until I started with my current job. They respect you, appreciate you, value you and make you feel good by supporting you. No wonder they are a 5 star Company.

Vert stressful company to work for
No recognition or thank you to staff who gave up annual leave to cover shifts when needed, and calling in agency instead of asking bank staff if they can cover. Management from further a field coming in to the work place when even in total lockdown, no continuity with the the workplace. Company only interested in saving money and not caring about staff or the clients as just evicted 6 people from 2 of the homes and closed them down with only 2months notice and they have been supported by the organisation over 40yrs. They have closed alot of homes down over the last few yrs
