Receptionist (Former Employee) - Leeds, West Yorkshire - 1 February 2023
If the managers don’t like you, they will try to get you fire. They overwork you and don’t appreciate your time. Managers spent most of the time in back chilling and not doing any work also it’s a waste of time to report any incidents to the front office managers because it won’t solve anything.

Horrible management
Houskeeper (Current Employee) - Manchester, Greater Manchester - 15 December 2022
Management is unprofessional. Before i started, i was told what my workload for a day would be however when i started it was much more than what was stated previously at my interview. The workload makes the day stressful as you’re worrying about finishing on time. There was also a lot of favouritism
Pros
decent pay - no overtime
Cons
Long hours, unprofessional management

Decent workplace
Supervisor (Former Employee) - Brighton - 5 December 2022
Sometimes extremely busy and sometimes very quiet. Fair management and nice place to work. Variety of shifts - if you prefer mornings you can join Breakfast team. If you’re evening person you can be bar staff with finishing fairly soon every day around midnight. Not a massive tips or service charge but not that much work during the day. Free meals on the shift and basically always during the day you can eat some food from conferences or events. Decent place to work!

Front Office Receptionist (Current Employee) - London Heathrow Airport - 7 September 2016
This company is great for experience but not much else, not place to grow. isn't really a place you could stay long haul.
inflexible working hours and very stressful at times!
over time is never paid. don't look for advancement. can never take your full entitled break with out feeling guilty that its under staffed and your the one to blame most of the time.
free on duty meals, free uniform, nice enough employees
apart from that great!
Pros
free on shift meals from a small list, uniform
Cons
heat, breaks, repetitive work
