Recruitment Resourcer in Loughton
on 11 June 2014
Good Place to Work
Typidal day: • Screening candidates and matching them to suitable job roles. • Sourcing job applicants from the database and exploring employment opportunities • Contacting candidates to arrange interviews via telephone and email • Establishing contacts to help build the client database • Respond to general consultancy enquiries • Arranging telephone and face-to-face interviews • General data admin and paperwork I developed my telephone manner and organisational skills. I had to have a very proactive approach and had to plan out my day on what I would do and what would have priority. My co-workers were very helpful and we worked well as a team. The hardest part of the job was the cold calling and having to make a lot of calls with many not having positive outcomes. The most enjoyable part of the job was matching the candidates to the job opportunity and seeing a positive result for both the candidate and the client.
