Great when your there..
I carn't fault the work, management etc WHEN on site. You are initially recruited through the agency. In this arrangement, you are offered work to cover for a permanent employee on holiday or off with illness. Hence work isn't guaranteed. Part time put simply. Lacking managers but stable routine
The production line is a taxing job for some and an easy to settle into routine for others. It's straight forward enough once the position has been learned. Unfortunately the overtime is mandatory while they might claim it optional, it simply isn't and the management of the line is also in a sorry state comparatively. The positions here do have stability though the work is expected to be completed...

Busy,productive,but enjoyable
Having had previous experience of working there felt comfortable going back,good work culture,friendly atmosphere, disappointed to only work for just over a year due to banks crashing.

Best working place!
Best place I've ever worked Highly recommend, H&S top of the range, I had the best colleagues, everybody works as a part of a team. Lots of parking space and canteen provided!

Great company to work for
A very professional outfit which produce and deliver and excellent product and service to their customers As a Contractor I was treated respectfully and well rewarded financially - wished I could have worked there longer !
