You develop fear & anxiety issues

No training provided when you join the team. High expectations from a new starter, you develop anxiety issues for not meeting unrealistic deadlines. You end up working late hours. They expect you to finish late & they would hate if you leave work on time. They expect you to work late hours. Micromanaging & poor management, low salary.
