Your interview is conducted online, via a video-link facility, a little like Skype. It is easy to set up - they send you a link when they book the interview date, which you click on and follow the steps. So that you get the most out of the experience, make sure you are set-up with either you phone or your laptop, in good light, with your id close at hand, and maybe a few pointers for you to focus on during your profile. All the questions are straight forward and relevant, if you have had experience in care work.

Libertatem operate nationally, therefore having the option to interview via an online mechanism is a great system for me. I was introduced to the interviewer, who explained clearly the process of the online interview. There were three sections of questions, starting with my current role, experience, and relevance to the role I was interested in. This was followed by a set of very specific and job related scenario questions, that definitely had me thinking and focusing on what I would do in a given situation. Lastly, I was asked about my interest in the post I had applied to, and a few other general questions. The interview part over, I was asked to record a short profile, which although I was given prior warning to, I was a little anxious, but just did it anyway! It was short and sweet, and gave me a chance to shine - to tell the new client a little about me and that I was looking forward to being given the opportunity to work with them. Lastly, I was asked to show (on screen) 3 pieces of identification - which allows the staff to follow CQC standards for recording interviews with candidates. I enjoyed the interview and was made to feel part of the team, before I had begun. I was interviewed by a Care Coordinator - who was very professional, but approachable and friendly. I believe the other person who may interview is the recruitment compliance consultant for Libertatem.
