The package I worked at was excellent.
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Wigan - 7 September 2022
Indeed featured review
The most useful review selected by IndeedI worked for Libertatem for nearly 2 years. The management are excellent. My colleagues on the whole were hard working, knowledgeable and empathetic. The shifts were long but on the whole very enjoyable. Even got to do some gardening and growing fruits and veg with the client at his home. In my experience, if you do a good job then Libertatem will look after you!
Pros
Was a member in a brilliant team. Good pay.
Cons
None come to mind.

Avoid!
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Rugby, Warwickshire - 23 February 2023
Absolutely disgraceful company to work for! Management treat their “favourites” to the best days on the rota whilst everyone else is given back to back weekends and bank hols with no pay enhancements. Management don’t reply to emails or calls for weeks once you’re in the role. Pre-existing annual leave is honoured in the interview then they change their minds once you’re in position and say it’s “YOUR responsibility to cover your leave, not ours!”. Pay was also incorrect. Standard of training was very poor and unpaid!
Pros
None
Cons
All of it!

Good wage but work is very sporadic
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Birmingham - 21 February 2023
Work was good but they never listened to clients which resulted in clients pulling out of contracts and getting care from other company. This happened 3 times, I would settle in a package and they would pull out of their contract.. I then realised the problem was with the office and left and joined NHS. Less money but more stability
Pros
Good pay
Cons
Packages don’t last long

Unsupportive, unreliable, and unresponsive to messages or emails
Personal Care Assistant (Former Employee) - Wiltshire - 6 November 2022
Don't expect to join and your job be safe, it isn't. They do not worry about you or offer you support. They lie and fabricate truths amounst other things to suit them Communication is terrible and they only contact you if they want something. The only good thing about this company is the money. But that is where it stops. Avoid like the plague.

Fast growing company with staff wellbeing at its heart
Personal assistant, Care package manager (Former Employee) - Billingham - 24 April 2022
Work for them for a year and found the management very supportive. Working in complex care can be challenging but rewarding. Only negative is its weekly pay and some of the systems are weird but easy to follow. Online training is very good and regular supervision helps to feel supported.

Excellent company to work for!
Brain Injury Support Worker (Current Employee) - Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire - 1 April 2022
I highly recommend Libertatem Healthcare to anyone! Its an amazing company who gives you opportunity to learn new skills and be supported at the same time from ops team and clinical team. Although its a national company - everyone is just a phone call away. Good pay also! I have worked here for good few years now and comparing my previous companies...shame I havent joined Libertatem Healthcare earlier. Office staff are polite and supportive. I highly recommend this company!

Brain Injury Support Worker (Current Employee) - Birmingham, West Midlands - 26 November 2021
I work for Libertatem Healthcare nearly for 3 years and I can't be more happier than I am now. Managers are supportive and salary is great. I've been matched to my client to make sure I am happy in my work environment. Training is provided, apart from office team - there is always support from the nurses. There is always a chance to grow within the company. Highly recommend this company!

Great company to work for for a while
Support Worker (Former Employee) - Roydon - 18 February 2021
Not enough consideration to staff or client. Started really well but then became business over care. I felt important initially but was only temporary

Unprofessional staff and no support
Team Leader (Current Employee) - Essex - 28 January 2021
I have been working for them for just over one year they started of good but then started to go back on there word with certain subjects and did not support you well at all . Clinical team and all management dont support you properly and quite often you just feel you are being used. When you want support you cant find the person you need to support you, one minute they praise you then the next staff feel they cant do anything right
Pros
Weekly pay
Cons
None honestly within management team

Recognise and reward talent / hard work.
1-1 TBI Support Worker (Current Employee) - Market Drayton - 24 January 2021
This company looked beyond my low experience on paper and were genuinely interested in knowing about me as an individual in the screening process. Management go the extra mile in recognising good work as well as potential - providing opportunities for employees to acquire universal qualifications such as NVQs. The nature of the job entails matching staff with client based on several factors that all three parties (client, employee and case management) reach the consensus that the pairing will be suitable. From what I know, most posts entail working 1-1 with a client a few days a week with options to increase the hours, days and or clients depending on work track, opportunity and compatibility. Often as the only staff member with the client during shift, you have more responsibilities than a standard care position but also more reward. Each day you submit a daily record which allows for lots of detail, which should also improve your writing skills and develop your ability to be more vigilant of both issues and improvements you have observed of the client. However, you also have the opportunity to join the client(s) in a diverse, enjoyable set of activities almost every shift. So far, for me, these have included golf; bowling; go carting. Driving and business insurance will almost always be required, so if you are not a confident driver and are not willing to make substantial commutes to your clients each shift, this position may not be for you. With plenty of room for career development, detailed and constructive feedback from your peers, and a competitive pay rate, -
Pros
Very competitive pay. Excellent management.
Cons
Commutes to clients can be long
