Yes they will still hire you, its spent and it's 6 years and over and after 6 years its definitely spent and probably won't appear on the check they do if they do one at all as I know they don't do checks on sales assistant roles but I think they do for duty management or store management positions just because of the added responsibilities you have as management dealing with cash, the safe and being a key holder, but I wouldn't worry too much.
